بيان : الحراك الثوري يدعو الانتقالي الكشف عن مصير المخفيين قسرا وإطلاق المعتقلين تعسفا واغلاق سجونه السرية

يعرب الحراك الثوري عن اسفه الشديد لصمت بعض القوى والمكونات التي تحمل مسمى الجنوب عن ما يجري من إخفاء قسري واعتقال تعسفي لخيرة أبناء شعبنا الجنوبي وتغييبهم في غياهب سجون المجلس الانتقالي.

ويحذر الحراك الثوري من مخاطر الصمت حيال تلك الانتهاكات الفظيعة والممارسات غير السوية ويتساءل إن لم ترفعوا أصواتكم الان فمتى ترفعوها ؟ متمنيا أن يشاهدكم شعبنا وانتم تتزاحمون لرفض تلك الممارسات بشدة مثلما تتزاحمون على المنصات والمناصب والمكاسب الشخصية.

 إن شعبنا يدرك تمام الإدراك ويعي بأن صمتكم عن تلك الجرائم الخطيرة المنتهكة لحقوق الإنسان إنما هو لعدم اغضاب الاطراف المنتهكة على امل ان تنالوا قسطا من الكعكة ولو كان على حساب دماء وحياة أبناء شعبنا في ظروف استثنائية مخيفة.

ويعرب مجلس الحراك الثوري عن عميق وجعه لوجود المعتقلين والمخفيين قسرا في السجون السرية الرهيبة التي تديرها قوات وميليشيات تتبع المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي التابع للإمارات واعتقاله واخفائه للعديد من من قيادات ومناضلي وكوادر الحراك والمقاومة الجنوبية. ويستغرب من صمت وتجاهل كل اعضاء المجلس الرئاسي لما يدور في عدن وما يقع على ابنائها من ظلم دون أن يتحرك أو يحاول رفع الظلم عنهم ، فكلُّكم راعٍ، وكلُّكم مسؤولٌ عن رعيَّتِه .

ويتساءل الحراك الثوري بكل ألم .. لمصلحة من تتم تلك الانتهاكات الفظيعة والممارسات غير الإنسانية وغير المسؤولة ؟ وما هي الأهداف الحقيقية غير المعلنة من تلك الجرائم والانتهاكات التي تنفذ بايادي قوى تدعي وطنيتها للجنوب فلا يخفى على احد ان تلك الاعمال تلحق ضررا فادحا بالقضية الجنوبية وتصيبها بمقتل وذلك بايادي جنوبية للاسف مقابل حفنة من المال او دعم مالي وعسكري للتسلط على الجنوب وابنائه لتمرير اجندات اجنبية تستهدف  القضية الجنوبية.

ان مجلس الحراك الثوري يؤكد وجود خيرة أبناء شعبنا يقبعون في السجون السرية الإرهابية في مناطق الفتح وجولدمور وبئراحمد وجبل حديد وسجون أخرى عديدة وذلك دون أية مسوغات قانونية ويخشى القائمون عليها تقديمهم للقضاء حال انكشف امرها الذي هو في الواقع مكشوفاً ولن تنتهي جرائم مرتكبيها بالتقادم.

 

لقد غدا الجنوب مغيبا ومنتهكا ليس من قبل ميليشيات الانتقالي وحدها بل ايضا من قبل المنظمات الحقوقية المحلية والدولية ومنظمة العفو الدولية وهوم رايتس ووتش والمفوضية السامية لحقوق الانسان التي لم نراها تحرك ساكنا أو تثير اي ردود فعل على الارض او ارسال لجان لتقصي وكشف الحقائق.

إننا نطالب المجلس الانتقالي وبشدة الكشف عن مصير عشرات المخفيين قسرا وعن اماكن اخفائهم واعتقالهم وعن ما إذا كانوا احياء وعن من تم تصفيتهم ولقي حتفهم من المخفيين نتيجة بشاعة التعذيب الذي تعرضوا له بشكل وحشي .. كما ندعوه إلى اطلاق سراح الاحياء منهم او تقديمهم للقضاء بدون تاخير واغلاق السجون السرية الارهابية وتقديم مرتكبي تلك الجرائم والانتهاكات الى العدالة.. التاريخ لا يرحم ، والشعب لن يصمت طويلا .

إن مجلس الحراك الثوري يطالب المفوضية السامية لحقوق الانسان التابعة للامم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية وبشكل عاجل ارسال لجان لتقصي الحقائق الى عدن وان تلتقي بأسر وعائلات المعتقلين تعسفا والمخفيين قسرا ورفع تقرير كامل للامم المتحدة والمجتمع الدولي تكشف فيه كل ما جرى ويجري في عدن من انتهاكات جسيمة لحقوق الإنسان.

 كما ندعوا منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش ومنظمة العفو الدولية والمنظمات الحقوقية بعدم تجاهل ما جرى ويجري بعدن من جرائم وانتهاكات وفظائع تنتهك الحقوق الإنسانية والقيام بواجباتها المنوط بها بكل شفافية ومصداقية وحيادية.

وندعوا الأسر وعائلات المخفيين قسرا والمعتقلين تعسفا بعدم السكوت او الخوف ورفع اصواتهم عاليا لإطلاع المجتمع المحلي والدولي بكل ما جرى ويجري من انتهاكات وإرهاب طال ابنائهم وأقاربهم.

ويجدد مجلس الحراك الثوري الجنوبي وقوفه الثابت والدائم مع أسر وعائلات المعتقلين والمخفيين قسرا ويشدد على ضرورة تبني قضاياهم العادلة في المحافل المحلية والعربية والدولية وتكليف محامين لتولي قضاياهم.

إن مجلس الحراك الثوري يحيي كل من خرج وتضامن بشجاعة مع حقوق المعتقلين والمخفيين قسرا ويدعو للإستمرار بالوقفات والمسيرات الاحتجاجية حتى يتم اطلاق سراح كافة المعتقلين والكشف عن مصير المخفيين واغلاق كافة السجون السرية وتقديم القائمين عليها للقضاء.

كما يوجه مجلس الحراك الثوري  التحية لقيادة مبادرة قوى ومكونات الحراك الجنوبي لشؤون القتلى والمخفيين والمعتقلين بقيادة الدكتور المناضل عمر عيدروس السقاف، لما بذلوه من جهد .. كل التحية وموفور الاحترام والتقدير لعملكم .

The revolutionary movement calls on the Transitional Council to reveal the fate of the forcibly disappeared, release the arbitrarily detained, and close its secret prisons.

  

The revolutionary movement expresses its deep regret for the silence of some forces and components that bear the name of the South about the enforced disappearance and arbitrary detention of the best sons of our southern people and their disappearance in the prisons of the Transitional Council. 

The revolutionary movement warns of the dangers of silence regarding these egregious violations and abnormal practices, and asks if you do not raise your voices now, when will you raise them? We hope that our people will see you flocking to reject these practices strongly, just as you crowd over platforms, positions, and personal gains. 

Our people are fully aware and aware that your silence on these serious crimes violating human rights is not to anger the violating parties in the hope that you will get a piece of the pie, even at the expense of the blood and lives of our people in exceptional and frightening circumstances.

The Revolutionary Movement Council expresses its deep sorrow for the presence of detainees and forcibly disappeared persons in the horrible secret prisons run by forces and militias affiliated with the Southern Transitional Council of the UAE, and its arrest and disappearance of many leaders, activists and cadres of the movement and the southern resistance. 

He is surprised by the silence and disregard of all the members of the Presidency Council for what is going on in Aden and the injustice that befalls its people without moving or trying to remove the injustice from them, for all of you are shepherds, and all of you are responsible for his subjects.

The revolutionary movement painfully asks: For whose benefit are these horrific violations and inhumane and irresponsible practices committed? What are the real, unannounced goals of these crimes and violations that are being carried out by forces claiming patriotism for the south? It is no secret that these actions inflict severe damage on the southern cause and kill it. Unfortunately, this is done by southern hands in return for a handful of money or financial and military support to control the south and its people to pass foreign agendas. Targeting the southern cause.

The Revolutionary Movement Council confirms the existence of the best sons of our people languishing in terrorist secret prisons in the regions of Al-Fateh, Goldmoor, Bir Ahmad, Jabal Hadid and many other prisons, without any legal justifications, and those in charge of them are afraid to bring them to justice as soon as their matter is revealed, which is in fact exposed and the crimes of its perpetrators will not end with a statute of limitations.

The Revolutionary Movement Council confirms the existence of the best sons of our people languishing in terrorist secret prisons in the regions of Al-Fateh, Goldmoor, Bir Ahmad, Jabal Hadid and many other prisons, without any legal justifications, and those in charge of them are afraid to bring them to justice as soon as their matter is revealed, which is in fact exposed and the crimes of its perpetrators will not end with a statute of limitations.

 The south has become absent and violated not only by the transitional militias, but also by local and international human rights organizations, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, which we did not see move a finger or provoke any reactions on the ground or send committees to investigate and reveal the facts.

We strongly call on the Transitional Council to reveal the fate of dozens of forcibly disappeared persons, their places of concealment and detention, whether they are alive, and those of the disappeared who were liquidated or died as a result of the horrific torture to which they were brutally subjected.

 We also call on it to release the living among them or bring them to justice without delay. Closing the secret terrorist prisons and bringing the perpetrators of these crimes and violations to justice... History is merciless, and the people will not remain silent for long.

The Revolutionary Movement Council calls upon the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and international organizations urgently to send fact-finding committees to Aden, to meet with the families of the arbitrarily detained and forcibly disappeared persons, and to submit a full report to the United Nations and the international community, revealing all the gross violations of human rights that have taken place and are still taking place in Aden.

We also call on Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International and human rights organizations not to ignore what happened and is still happening in Aden in terms of crimes, violations and atrocities that violate human rights, and to carry out their assigned duties with full transparency, credibility and impartiality. 

We call on the families of the forcibly disappeared and the arbitrarily detained not to be silent or afraid and to raise their voices loudly to inform the local and international community of all the violations and terror that have taken place and continue to affect their children and relatives.

The Southern Revolutionary Movement Council renews its firm and permanent stand with the families and families of the detainees and forcibly disappeared, and stresses the need to adopt their just cases in local, Arab and international forums and assign lawyers to handle their cases.

The Revolutionary Movement Council salutes all those who came out and courageously stood in solidarity with the rights of the detainees and the forcibly disappeared, and calls for the continuation of the protest vigils and marches until all detainees are released, the fate of the disappeared is revealed, all secret prisons are closed, and those in charge of them are brought to justice.

 The Revolutionary Movement Council also salutes the leadership of the Southern Movement Forces and Components Initiative for the Affairs of the Dead, the Disappeared and the Detained, led by the fighter Dr. Omar Aidarous Al-Saqqaf, for their efforts.
